Orders must be placed by 12 pm EST to ship out the same day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). All orders placed after 12 pm EST will ship the next business day. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico can only be shipped via Ground service.

For security reasons, orders over $600 will require a signature from the recipient when delivered.

STANDARD RETURN POLICY

We will gladly accept returns, in the country where purchased, of new and in perfect condition merchandise within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. Requests for refund must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice.

We are unable to offer online exchanges at this time however, we are happy to exchange your current Collection item(s) in any of our Longchamp boutiques. To find your nearest boutique, please use the Store Locator. Please note: Products purchased on our site cannot be returned or exchanged at our retailers, department stores, airport locations, or Longchamp outlets.

We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned merchandise does not meet our requirements.
