Our Return Policy is outlined as follows:
- We happily accept returns for items that are in new, unworn, and perfect condition.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Returns must be accompanied by the original invoice and should be made in the country of purchase.
- Please note that personalized items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Method 1: Return by Mail
Visit our Returns and Exchanges Page and access "My Orders."
Next, follow the steps below:
1. Go to your order history.
2. Select the relevant order and request a return.
3. Choose the item(s) you wish to return.
4. Indicate the reason for returning each item.
5. Receive your return label via email.
6. Print and attach the label to your package.
7. Drop off your package at the nearest UPS location (all necessary information is provided in the email).
Method 2: Return at a Longchamp boutique
1. Items purchased on Longchamp.com may be returned or exchanged at a Longchamp boutique within the same country where purchased. Please bring the original receipt or invoice.
2. Visit any Longchamp boutique located in the United States. To find your nearest Longchamp boutique, please visit the Store Locator section on the website.
*Products purchased on our site cannot be returned or exchanged at our retailers, department stores, airport locations, or Longchamp outlets. -
If you have returned your order through shipment, we will process your refund using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Rest assured, we aim to refund you as promptly as possible, ensuring it occurs within fourteen (14) days after our Distribution Center receives the returned item. However, please note that we maintain the right to delay the refund until we have received the item(s) and completed the evaluation to ensure they are in good condition.
If you have returned your item(s) in-store and meet our return requirements we will process your refund using the same payment method used for the original transaction. -
We regret to inform you that online exchanges are currently unavailable. However, we are pleased to offer in-person exchanges at our Longchamp boutiques.
