All requests to modify a shipping address should be made as soon as possible, before your order has been processed or shipped. While changes cannot be guaranteed, our Customer Service team will do their best to assist you.
If you would like to request a shipping address change, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible by calling (888) 828‑8081. Our team is available Monday–Friday from 9 am to 10 pm, and Saturday–Sunday from 9 am to 5 pm (EST).
Please note that if your order has already been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible. However, returns are accepted. You can learn more about our return policy here.
