All Ground orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days. Express and Overnight orders must be placed before 12:00 PM EST Monday-Friday to ship out the same day, this excludes holidays.

The following will be shipped via Ground services only and cannot be sent Express or Overnight.

STANDARD RETURN POLICY

We will gladly accept returns, in the country where purchased, of new and in perfect merchandise condition within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. Requests for refund must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice.

We are unable to offer online exchanges at this time however, we are happy to exchange your current Collection item(s) in any of our Longchamp boutiques. To find your nearest boutique, please use the Store Locator. Please note: Products purchased on our site cannot be returned or exchanged at our retailers, department stores, airport locations, or Longchamp outlets.

We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned merchandise does not meet our requirements.
