LE FOULONNÉ is the iconic Longchamp line created in 1975 with utmost respect for the leather goods codes. It draws its strength from the grain after which it is named, and occupies a special place in the brand’s different collections. All Longchamp items are created with the utmost care in our workshops. To guarantee their longevity, we recommend that you follow a few simple rules: • protect the product from heavy rain; • avoid all contact with oily products, products containing solvents or alcohol (perfume for example); • avoid prolonged exposure to br ight light; • for darkcoloured items, avoid prolonged contact with lightcoloured fabr ics, especially in a humid environment; • for lightcoloured items, avoid friction with other materials or prints whose colours may rub off (jeans for example); • be careful not to scr atch or rub the product against abr asive surfaces; • after use, we recommend storing your bag in a case , away from light, humidity and heat.

To maintain your product, apply with a soft brush Longchamp colorless cream regularly to leather areas. This product can be protected by applying a waterproofing agent, following the recommendations given by the manufacturer.

Orders must be placed by 12 pm EST to ship out the same day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). All orders placed after 12 pm EST will ship the next business day. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico can only be shipped via Ground service.

For security reasons, purchases over $600 will require a signature from the recipient when delivered.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Purchases made between November 25, 2020 - December 25, 2020 can be returned for a refund through January 24, 2021. For items purchased after December 25, 2020, our standard return policy applies.

STANDARD RETURN POLICY

We will gladly accept returns, in the country where purchased, of new and in perfect condition merchandise within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. Requests for refund must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice.

We are unable to offer online exchanges at this time however, we are happy to exchange your item(s) in any of our Longchamp boutiques. To find your nearest boutique, please use the Store Locator.

Please note: Products purchased on our site cannot be returned or exchanged at our retailers, department stores, airport locations, or Longchamp outlets.

We reserve the right to deny a refund if returned merchandise does not meet our requirements.
