Longchamp is dedicated to extending the life of its pieces through repairs, ensuring customer satisfaction while upholding our commitment to environmental responsibility.
To utilize our After-Sales Service, please visit your nearest Longchamp boutique. Alternatively, you can contact our Repair Center at (888) 216-0103 (Mon-Fri, 9 AM - 5 PM EST) or email us at customercare@longchamp.com. If you have your proof of purchase, we recommend including it with your item.
For Longchamp products purchased outside of a Longchamp boutique, kindly reach out directly to our Repair Center.
When your item arrives at our Repair Center:
- If a manufacturing defect is found, we will repair or replace it free of charge with an item of equivalent value.
- For items showing wear, repairs are available for a fee (a price list is available in-store), and you’ll receive a quote after evaluation.
- If the item is too worn for repair, it will be returned in its original condition.

The corners on this line of bags are more sensitive to friction and impact, so wearing on the corners of your Pliage bag is not unusual. Our Repair Center can take the worn corners of your item in if the damage covers a small area. This repair will make the bottom of your item slightly smaller.
