On each product page, you'll find a Check Availability in-store feature where you can check if the item, you're looking for is available in one or several of our Boutiques. We then recommend contacting the Store you've selected to confirm stock information.

Online reservations are not available, but you can use our Click & Collect service by ordering online for in-store pickup. You may also contact your nearest store by phone to reserve the item you're interested in.

Only a purchase made on our official Longchamp.com website, in a Longchamp Store, or from an authorized distributor (concession in a department store or retailer) can guarantee the authenticity of an item. An original invoice is issued at the time of purchase, whether made online or in one of our Stores.
We can neither guarantee nor verify the authenticity of an item bought outside of an official point of sale.

Longchamp can provide a duplicate invoice for your purchase, whether recent or older.
