Tracking the shipment of my order

Our carriers are committed to delivering your order within the below times, according to the option you chose:
Shipping Type Estimated Delivery Time Ground 5-7 business days Express 2-3 business days Overnight Next business day Click & Collect 3 hours or 2-3 business days (depending on availability) All Ground orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days. Express and Overnight orders must be placed before 12:00 PM EST Monday-Friday to ship out the same day, this excludes holidays.

An order shipment email will be sent to you once your package is with our carrier. Here you can find the tracking number and a link to our carrier's website to track the delivery of your Longchamp order.
You can also use our dedicated View My Order tool by entering your order number, email address, and billing zip code in the relevant fields. The tracking number of your package and the link to our carrier's website will also be available here.

A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your package is with the carrier.
If you haven't received one, we ask that you please check the junk folder of your inbox.
If it isn't in there either, please go to My Account and check My orders for:
- the status of your order
- the summary of the items ordered
- the tracking number for your package with a link to the carrier's website -
Once you have received your order, please check the condition of your package, and that the item(s) you ordered is in good condition, and it corresponds to your order.
If you notice that your package or item has been damaged, we please ask you to contact our Customer Service team by filling out this contact form, emailing customercare@longchamp.com, or by phone call (888) 828-8081 Monday-Friday from 9 am-10 pm, Saturday-Sunday 9 am - 5 pm EST.
We also recommend keeping the shipping packaging until you contact us. Please be sure to specify the damage found (if the parcel is damp, ripped, open, etc.). In any case, you have seven (7) days, excluding holidays, from receiving your parcel to notify our Customer Service team of your issue.
If the delivered item(s) do not match your order, you can return them by following the steps outlined in the Return and Exchange online order section.
