You have returned your online order and the package hasn't been delivered to our Distribution Center yet. Please contact our Customer Service team by filling out this Contact form, emailing customercare@longchamp.com, or calling (888) 828-8081 Monday-Friday from 9 am-10 pm, Saturday-Sunday 9 am - 5 pm EST. Our advisors will contact our carrier for more information about your return.
If the return was shipped using a carrier of your choice rather than the prepaid return label provided, the shipment remains your responsibility. We recommend contacting the carrier directly to obtain tracking updates or delivery confirmation.

Once your return request has been submitted, you can track your parcel using the tracking number associated with your return.
This tracking number can be found in the email sent by our Customer Service team or by UPS, which includes your return label.
Simply use this tracking number on the carrier’s website to check the status of your return.

If you have returned your order through shipment, we will process your refund using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Rest assured, we aim to refund you as promptly as possible, ensuring it occurs within fourteen (14) days after our Distribution Center receives the returned item. However, please note that we maintain the right to delay the refund until we have received the item(s) and completed the evaluation to ensure they are in good condition.
If you have returned your item(s) in-store and meet our return requirements we will process your refund using the same payment method used for the original transaction.Please anticipate a timeframe of 5 - 7 business days for the credit to reflect on your financial statement, as this duration may vary depending on the processing time of your bank.
