WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY PURCHASE?
All standard orders will be charged at the time of shipment. A pending hold will be placed on your account until the order is fulfilled and shipped out.
Personalized My Pliage items will be charged after 24 hours of ordering.
WHY DO I NEED TO PROVIDE PAYMENT VERIFICATION?
Due to a standard security alert, your order may require additional information for transaction verification. A Longchamp representative will reach out to you via email or telephone to gather this information. Please note, that this may delay processing and shipping time.
In order to prevent payment card fraud through online payments, we verify the credentials of the information that you provide when placing your order. We also verify that the payment card address matches the billing address. We also reserve the right to request additional information or documents (photocopy of ID, proof of address, etc.) to confirm your purchase and dispatch your parcel.
Such requests will be made by e-mail or phone, in the following cases:
