Placing an order on Longchamp.com

Here is a step-by-step guide to help you complete your order on Longchamp.com.
1 - Find your item(s) by browsing through the categories and filters. Already have an item in mind? Search for it using the search bar at the top of the website.
2 - Once you've chosen your item(s), add it to your cart and enter your desired quantity.
Each customer is subject to the following limits within a thirty (30) consecutive day period:
- Two (2) identical items (items that are the same model, material, and color).
- Ten (10) total items.
- Five (5) personalized items.
Transactions may not be divided to fall below the specified limit.
3 - If you'd like, you can add gift wrapping and a card with a personalized message.
4 - Create an account if desired – this will allow you to track the progress of your order.
5 - Enter your shipping and billing address.
6 - Enter your bank details in our secure area and accept our General Conditions of Sale.
Once you've completed your order, a thank you page will appear displaying your order number and confirmation that your order has been successfully placed.
Once your order has gone through, you'll receive a printable order confirmation email containing:
- our General Conditions of Sale.
- the contact details of our Online Sales Service.
- information about the right of withdrawal.
- the withdrawal form (appended to the General Conditions of Sale).
- the Returns/Exchanges Policy.You'll also receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. You can access the invoice via your customer account once your order has been dispatched.
