Delivery methods, times and costs

When placing your order, you'll be able to choose from three different delivery methods:
- Home Delivery: Express delivery carried out by UPS from Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 13:00. The items are insured by us until delivery.
- Delivery to a Collection Point: Express delivery carried out by UPS from Monday to Friday. The items are insured by us until delivery. Your order will be delivered to a collection point, chosen by you when placing your order.
- Delivery to Store: Longchamp also offers the option of collecting your online order free of charge from the Longchamp store of your choice. When making your purchase, select Collect in Store and choose the store where you'd like it to be delivered. We'll send you an email once your order is ready for collection. You will have ten (10) calendar days to come and pick up your parcel, effective from your reception of the email confirming your parcel's arrival at the LONGCHAMP Store. We kindly ask that you come to your chosen Longchamp Store with a valid piece of original ID and your order number. If your order is being collected by a third party, they will have to bring both ID for themselves and a copy of your ID. After ten (10) calendar days, you will no longer be able to collect your parcel: your order will be cancelled and the sale terminated. You will then receive an email informing you of the cancellation of your order and the possibility of renewing it. You will also be refunded the total amount of your order.

The delivery time depends on the chosen delivery method.
Unless special delivery times have been specified during holiday periods, you will receive your order within a maximum of:
- UPS Express Home Delivery: 2 working days from order confirmation.*
- Delivery to a Collection Point: 2 days from order confirmation*. You will receive an email from UPS to confirm the shipment and track your order.
- Delivery to Store: 3 hours or 2 working days (depending on available stock in store) from order confirmation. You will be sent an email once your items are available for collection from your chosen store.
*For personalised items, the time period between order confirmation and receipt is approximately 2 to 3 weeks.
**For items from previous collections, only express home delivery and in-store collection (2 days) are available.

Shipping costs are indicated in the third SUMMARY stage when placing your order.
They depend on the delivery method chosen, and are defined as follows:
- Great Britain Home Delivery: £5
- Delivery to a Collection Point: £3.50
- Delivery to Store: Free of charge
We also regularly offer free shipping, so keep an eye out for information on the product pages of our items.

We are currently unable to ship to the islands of Jersey and Guernsey. Orders addressed to any of these destinations will be cancelled. The delivery address of your order must match the country of the site on which you placed your order.
