Amending and cancelling orders
Once your order is placed, you cannot amend it. You'll have to cancel it completely and place a new order.
You have a maximum of 5 hours to cancel your order. If you'd like to change your shipping address, you can do so via the carrier's website. You'll receive a dispatch email with all the information required to track your shipment.
If you've ordered an item from a collection, you have 5 hours maximum to request cancellation of your order.
If you've ordered a personalised My Pliage item, you have 24 hours maximum to request cancellation of your order. In either case, we invite you to contact our Customer Service team by phone or via this contact form.
The payment and confirmation correspond to a single order: one shipping address and one billing address.
You can order up to 10 pieces, including no more than 3 identical items.
We're truly sorry that your order has been cancelled.
This cancellation might be due to a number of reasons:
- If your order is temporarily out of stock, it might (in very exceptional circumstances) be cancelled by our Workshops.
- Following verification of the information entered when placing your order, our payment platform may cancel your order.
Should one of these two situations arise, you will receive an email informing you of the cancellation of your order and the reason why.
