Once our carrier has your parcel, you'll get an email allowing you to choose a delivery slot and to change the delivery address. Please note, you won't be able to make any changes if the parcel has already been delivered.

The choice of delivery store is final and definitive; we won't be able to change this once your order has been confirmed. If you no longer want to have your order delivered to the Store you selected, we invite you to contact our Customer Service team by completing the contact form or calling 01 55 90 59 69.
