Our premium service partner, Startrack, delivers within 1-5 business days Australia wide.

Longchamp Australia Online currently does not offer delivery to New Zealand.

RETURN & EXCHANGES


Enjoy complimentary returns via StarTrack on purchases above AU$180. Postal exchanges are not available, but in-store returns and exchanges are welcome at our boutiques. Learn more

AVAILABILITY


On each product page, you'll find a "Check availability in store" feature where you can check if the item you're looking for is available in one or several of our points of sale. We then recommend contacting the Store you've selected to confirm stock information and make a reservation.

REQUEST AN INVOICE


Longchamp can issue you with an invoice duplicate for your purchase, whether recent or older.

We invite you to contact the Store or retailer where the purchase was made - you can find all the contact details for our points of sale here.
