To initiate a Postal Return, please reach out to our lovely Client Services team via the CONTACT FORM within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include the required information.

Required Information

1.     Postage method: Courier Pick-up or Drop off at your local Startrack Depot

2.     Collection address

3.     Preferred date of collection (1 business day notice)

4.     Preferred timeslot (From 9:00am to 5:00pm, 3-hour window, weekdays only)

5.     Return Reason

Once we have received the above information, our client services team will send you a return shipping label and postage information.
