Longchamp Australia currently offers complimentary postal returns via Startrack Premium services.

If you would like to initiate a Postal Return, please complete the ‘Returns & Exchanges’ Contact Form within 30 days of receiving your order.

Information required:

1.     Postage method: Courier Pick-up or Drop off at Startrack Deport

2.     Collection address

3.     Preferred date of collection (1 business day notice)

4.     Preferred timeslot (From 9:00am to 5:00pm, 3-hour window, weekdays only)

5.     Return Reason

Once we have received the above information, our client services team will send you a return shipping label and postage information.
