Brush leather areas regularly with Longchamp colorless polish. This product can be protected by applying a waterproofing agent, following the recommendations given by the manufacturer.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Purchases made between November 25, 2020 - December 25, 2020 can be returned for a refund through January 24, 2021. For items purchased after December 25, 2020, our standard return policy applies.

STANDARD RETURN POLICY

We will gladly accept returns, in the country where purchased, of new and in perfect condition merchandise within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. Requests for refund must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice.

We are unable to offer online exchanges at this time however, we are happy to exchange your item(s) in any of our Longchamp boutiques. To find your nearest boutique, please use our Store Locator.
