Returning and exchanging an online order - FAQ
Our Return Policy is outlined as follows:
- We happily accept returns for items that are in new, unworn, and perfect condition.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Returns must be accompanied by the original invoice and should be made in the country of purchase.
- Please note that personalized items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
We strive to ensure a satisfactory shopping experience and appreciate your adherence to our Return Policy.
You can easily obtain a return label for a flat fee of $5.95. However, please note that this fee will be subtracted from the total amount you receive as a refund, which corresponds to the total value of the products being returned.
Method 1: Request a Return Label for a flat fee of $5.95
1. Visit the ‘Contact Us' section located on the footer of our website. Please fill out the form under ‘Exchanges and Returns’. Customer Service will email you a return label within 48 hours.
2. Package the item(s) securely and include a copy of your packing slip with all returned items.
3. Print and place your label covering the old one or by using a new box.
4. Drop your package at a UPS/ USPS drop-off location depending on the label sent.
5. Your return will be processed within 7-14 business days of receipt and an email refund confirmation will be sent to you.
Method 2: Return at a Longchamp boutique
1. Items purchased on Longchamp.com may be returned or exchanged at a Longchamp boutique within the same country where purchased excluding department stores, outlet stores, and airport stores. Please bring the original receipt or invoice.
2. Visit any Longchamp boutique located in Canada. To find your nearest Longchamp boutique, please visit the store locator section on the website.
*Products purchased on our site cannot be returned or exchanged at our retailers or department stores.
If you have returned your order through shipment, we will process your refund using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Rest assured, we aim to refund you as promptly as possible, ensuring it occurs within fourteen (14) days after our Distribution Center receives the returned item. However, please note that we maintain the right to delay the refund until we have received the item(s) and completed the evaluation to ensure they are in good condition.
If you have returned your item(s) in-store and meet our return requirements we will process your refund using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
We regret to inform you that online exchanges are currently unavailable. However, we are pleased to offer in-person exchanges at our Longchamp boutiques.
