Corporate, social and environmental responsibility report 2025
Caring for the planet and its community has been part of Longchamp's DNA since its very inception
With this second edition of its CSER report, the Maison continues its transparent approach to business and reaffirms its aim to develop its practices in a sustainable way, in keeping with its values, expertise and long-term vision. Discover some of the commitments made and progress achieved during 2025 below.
Longchamp Becomes a B Corp™
In 2026, Longchamp achieved a major milestone by obtaining B Corp™ certification, an internationally recognised accreditation for companies that meet high standards in corporate, social and environmental responsibility. More than just a certification, this distinction reflects a substantial shift led by the Maison's teams for several years, aimed at factoring impact into its long-term strategic decisions.
Real progress made in 2025
Among the Maison's commitments, 2025 has seen significant progress in a number of areas, which we are delighted to share below.
• A 16% reduction in the Maison's carbon footprint, driven particularly by optimised transport and less reliance on air freight.
•The launch of the global Ride 4 Good programme, a social-commitment initiative that has allowed us to support 570 organisations across the world thanks to the involvement of Longchamp employees.
• The WOMEN programme dedicated to parenthood, preventing sexist behaviour and combating breast cancer, as well as supporting victims of domestic violence. The programme was awarded a Gold Trophy at the Victoires du Capital Humain 2025 event.
• The extension of the UNFOLD programme, a traceability system that allows us to better understand and document the origin of our products, the materials used and the stages of production, strengthening transparency throughout the value chain.
• The acceleration of circular initiatives, including the launch of free repairs in the Benelux region and a second-hand platform directly accessible on the Longchamp website.
THE MAISON LONGCHAMP
Independent and family-owned, Longchamp is a Parisian Maison with a global outlook. Our mission is to create meaningful and beautiful pieces that become everlasting companions over time.
OUR GOVERNANCE
Robust governance ensures that social, societal, and environmental issues are factored into the Maison’s strategic decisions and management processes. This governance is grounded in a formalized framework and a structured organization that combines strategic management, operational implementation, and coordination with local representatives.
LONGCHAMP FAMILY
Since the beginning, Longchamp has been guided by family values and has paid extra attention to employees. It is a point of pride for us to provide a respectful, stimulating work environment that fosters talent development. Thus, the transmission of savoir faire, team engagement, and professional equality—particularly the promotion of women managers—are at the heart of our HR policy.
MADE BY LONGCHAMP
At Longchamp, artisanal savoir-faire has long been a cornerstone of the Maison. Passed down from generation to generation, it is now enriched by new tools, responsible practices, and technological innovations that balance product quality and industrial performance while reducing environmental impacts.
