Changing order delivery details

Don't worry if the address on your order is wrong - you can change it.

Once our carrier has your parcel, you'll get an email allowing you to choose a delivery slot and to change the delivery address.

Unfortunately, at this time Longchamp MY does not offer collection point pick-up. 
Should there are any inquiries, please contact out Customer Service team via our Contact form. 

The choice of delivery store is final and definitive; we won't be able to change this once your order has been confirmed.
