When was Longchamp founded?

Longchamp’s story began in 1948 when Jean Cassegrain, the father of today's President, began to craft luxury leather smoking pipes. After several successful years offering the finest smoke products in France, the company began to create small leather goods and eventually expanded the collection to include women’s handbags, luggage, ready-to-wear, shoes and men’s leather collections. What began as a small smoke shop, known for its expertise and excellent craftsmanship, soon expanded to a major luxury brand.

What does the horse logo stand for?

The emblematic horse logo is a symbol of the company’s inception. There is a famous horse race track in Paris called Longchamp or "long field." Just next door was an old mill that Monsieur Cassegrain - which means "miller" in French - used to pass in front of every day. The company soon found its name: it being only a short trot from the miller and onto the race track, the way was fore trod!

When placing your order, you'll be able to choose from 2 different delivery methods:

- Store Pickup: Longchamp also offers the option of collecting your online order free of charge from 4 selected Longchamp stores in Hong Kong.

When making your purchase, select Collect in Store and choose the store where you'd like it to be delivered. We'll send you an email once your order is ready for collection. You will have fourteen (14) calendar days to come and pick up your parcel, effective from your reception of the email confirming your package's arrival at the LONGCHAMP Boutique. We kindly ask that you come to your chosen Longchamp Store with a valid piece of original ID and your order number.
Home delivery
• Collection items – standard delivery : 2-5 working days after the order has been placed
The processing and preparation of orders are carried out from Monday to Friday with the exception of public holidays upon receiving your order. Order placed outside the above-mentioned terms will be processed the following working day.
*For remote areas, product availability, weather condition or unpredictable situation it might take extra 1-2 business days.
• Personalized items : 6 to 8 weeks after the order has been placed

Click and collect
• Collection items : 1-2 working days after your order has been placed (business opening hours of the stores)
Two emails will be sent to you :
1. Order confirmation
2. Order collection : when your order is ready to pick up
Bring a credit card/or document with a name that matches the username of the order

• Personalized items : 6 to 8 weeks after the order has been placed
For collection and personalized items
Home delivery : Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders
Click and collect : Complimentary

Any shipping costs or customs duties will be mentioned prior placing your order
