DELIVERY & RETURNS
Longchamp offers fast and secure delivery for all online orders. Each item is carefully prepared and packaged with the brand’s signature touch.
HOME DELIVERY
Complimentary delivery for all orders within 2 to 5 working days.
*The above shipping period is not applicable for My Pliage personalized orders.
RETURN & EXCHANGES
To make a return, all items must be unworn/unused and in the original condition as received, with labels attached, within 30 days of the transaction.
Personalised items (My Pliage) cannot be returned.

Surprise your special someone with a Longchamp gift wrapped in our Heritage Green and Light Green gift wrapping. Make the experience even more personal by including a special note, which you can write at checkout. Gift wrapping is not applicable on sale items.

On each product page, you'll find a "Check availability in store" feature where you can check if the item you're looking for is available in one or several of our points of sale. We then recommend contacting the Store you've selected to confirm stock information and make a reservation.
ITEM AUTHENTIFICATION
Only a purchase made on our official Longchamp.com website, in a Longchamp Store or from an authorised distributor (concession in a department store or retailer) can guarantee the authenticity of an item.
An original invoice is issued at the time of purchase, whether made online or in one of our Stores.
