Tracking the shipment of my order
Our carriers are committed to delivering your order within the below times, according to the option you chose:
- UPS Home Delivery: 2 working days
- UPS Delivery to Collection Point: 2 working days
- Delivery to Store: 3 hours or 2 working days (depending on available stock in store)
An order shipment email will be sent to you once your parcel is with our carrier.
Here you can find the tracking number and a link to our carrier's website to track the delivery of your Longchamp order.
You can also use our dedicated Track my order section by entering your order number, email address and billing postcode in the relevant fields.
The tracking number of your parcel and the link to our carrier's website will also be available .
A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your parcel is with the carrier.
If you haven't received one, we invite you to check the junk folder of your inbox. If it isn't in there either, go to My account and check My orders for:
- the status of your order
- the summary of the items ordered
- the tracking number for your parcel with a link to the carrier's website
Once you have received your order, systematically check the condition of your parcel, that the item you ordered is in good condition and that it corresponds to your order.
If you notice that your parcel or item has been damaged, we invite you to indicate this on the delivery slip of the carrier and to contact our Customer Service team by filling out this contact form or calling 01 55 90 59 69.
We also recommend keeping the shipping packaging. Remember to tell us about the damage found (if the parcel is damp, ripped, open, etc.). In any case, you have three (3) days, excluding holidays, from receiving your parcel to notify the carrier of your issues by extra-judicial act or registered mail. Specific recommendations regarding UPS: The recipient's digital signature, as well as its reproduction, is proof that all parcels have been delivered and the parties recognise this signature has the same legal value as a traditional signature on paper.
Upon delivery, the damages or spoliations must be specified by the recipient, written precisely and completely, signed and dated on the delivery slip. If the delivered item(s) do not match your order, you can return them by following the steps outlined in the Return and exchange an online order section.
