Orders must be placed by 12 pm EST to ship out the same day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). All orders placed after 12pm EST will ship the next business day. Provincial sales taxes will be determined by the ship to Province. You will not incur additional fees upon receiving your online order.

For security reasons, purchases over C$400 and personalized My Pliage orders will require a signature from the recipient when delivered. If you wish to add a signature required to an order under $400 CAD, please contact our online customer service team.

STANDARD RETURN POLICY

We will gladly accept returns, in the country where purchased, of new and in perfect merchandise condition within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. Requests for refund must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice.

We are unable to offer online exchanges at this time however, we are happy to exchange your item(s) in any of our Longchamp boutiques. To find your nearest boutique, please use our Store Locator.

Please note: Products purchased on our site cannot be returned or exchanged at our retailers, department stores, airport locations, or Longchamp outlets.

We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned merchandise does not meet our requirements.
