Amending and cancelling orders

Unfortunately, no. Each order is processed automatically and once it has been confirmed, it is not possible to modify the details. To purchase additional items, you must place a new order. To return any items please refer to RETURNS IN BOUTIQUE AND POSTAL RETURNS | Longchamp AU.

- For collection item : You can cancel your order if our logistic team did not start the process yet. Please check your order status directly with our Customer Service Team at 1800 845 145 Monday to Friday (except public holidays), from 1:00pm to 10:00pm, or customerservice@longchamp.com.au
- For personalised item : You have 24 hours since the order is placed to cancel your order by contacting our Customer Service team at 1800 845 145 Monday to Friday (except public holidays), from 1:00pm to 10:00pm, or customerservice@longchamp.com.au

The payment and confirmation correspond to a single order: one shipping address and one billing address.
You can order up to 10 pieces, including no more than 3 identical items, with a maximum total of 16,500 AUD per order.

We're truly sorry that your order has been cancelled.
This cancellation might be due to a number of reasons:
- If your order is temporarily out of stock, it might (in very exceptional circumstances) be cancelled by our Workshops.
- Following verification of the information entered when placing your order, our payment platform may cancel your order.
Should one of these two situations arise, you will receive an email informing you of the cancellation of your order and the reason why.
