Returning and exchanging an online order - FAQ

We happily accept returns for items that are in new, unworn and in perfect condition.
Our Return Policy is outlined as follows:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of receiving the item. For multi-item purchases, this will be 30 days from the final item received.
- Returns must be accompanied by the original invoice and should be made in the country of purchase.
- Shipping fees will be excluded from the return, unless the item(s) contain a defect for which Longchamp is responsible
- Items returned are complete (manual, accessories, etc.), in their original condition, with their original packaging.
Please note, that personalised items are considered final sale and cannot be returned, unless the item(s) contains a defect for which Longchamp is responsible. Item(s) must be purchased from a Longchamp Boutique to be elligible for a return.

Longchamp provides complimentary postal returns.
Original shipping fees will be excluded from the return, unless the item(s) contains a defect for which Longchamp is responsible.

We are happy to accept your return in a Longchamp Australia Boutique or via the post, as long as the Return Policy is respected.
In-store Return ServiceItems purchased on Longchamp.com/au/en may be returned or exchanged in any Longchamp Boutique within the same country.

*Products purchased on our site cannot be returned or exchanged at our retailers, department stores, airport locations, or Longchamp outlets.
Postal Return Service
Longchamp Australia offers complimentary postal returns via Startrack Premium services.
If you would like to initiate a Postal Return, please complete the ‘Returns & Exchanges’ Contact Form within 30 days of receiving your order.
Information required:
- Postage method: Courier Pick-up or Drop off at Startrack Deport
- Collection address
- Preferred date of collection (1 business day notice)*
- Preferred timeslot (From 9:00am to 5:00pm, 3-hour window, weekdays only)*
- Return Reason
*Only applicable for Courier Pick-up Service
Once we have received the above information, we will send you a return shipping label and shipping instructions.

If you've sent your order back to us by post: You will be refunded via the same payment method used for the original transaction, as soon as possible and no later than fourteen (14) days after our Workshops have received the returned item.
However, we reserve the right to defer the refund until we have received the item(s) or until you have provided proof that the item(s) have been dispatched (the first of these dates will be used).
If you returned your item(s) in store: We will refund your item(s) and the related shipping costs, unless you selected delivery to store (in this case, only the price of your item(s) will be refunded). Refunds are sent to payment cards only, subject to your express prior agreement, in accordance with current legislation.
Should you fail to accept these terms, you may only be able to exercise your right of withdrawal by post, using the process outlined in the How do I return my order? section.

We regret to inform you that postal exchanges are currently unavailable. However, we are pleased to offer in-person exchanges at our Longchamp boutiques.

Our Exchange Policy is outlined as follows:
- The item that you wish to receive in exchange is of a higher value. You must pay the difference between the value of this item and the value of the ordered item.
- The item that you wish to receive in exchange is of a lower value, and the difference is over $165 AUD. In this scenario, you will receive a credit note which will be valid for one year only in Longchamp Boutiques within Australia.
- The item that you wish to receive in exchange is of a lower value, and the difference is under $165 AUD. In this scenario, you will receive a refund to the original payment method.
Please be aware that products purchased on our website cannot be returned or exchanged at our retailers, department stores, airport locations, or Longchamp outlets.
