Any item can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days, provided it is unused and complies with our general terms and conditions of sale. You may request an exchange at any Longchamp boutique, upon presentation of your proof of purchase.

Longchamp boutique:
We can offer an exchange for any item purchased in a Longchamp boutique.
Outlet purchases are excluded.Department store concession:
We can offer an exchange only at the same department store where your purchase was made.
Excludes purchases made in Longchamp boutiques, outlets, on Longchamp.com, or in airport stores.
Please note that purchases made at Harrods can only be refunded within 14 days of purchase.Outlet boutique:
Our outlet boutiques carry items from previous collections. We do not offer returns or exchanges on these items.
Items from the current collection purchased in an outlet boutique may only be exchanged at the same location." -
You may return any purchase for a refund within 30 days of the transaction. Refunds can be processed at any LONGCHAMP boutique, with the exception of department stores, outlet stores, and airport locations. To complete the return, customers must visit a LONGCHAMP boutique in person. For purchases made at a retail boutique, we recommend returning the item to the same store where it was originally purchased. However, refunds can also be processed at other LONGCHAMP boutiques within the same country. Please note, for items purchased at a franchise or concession store, the return must be made at the same location where the purchase was made.
