Your purchases must be paid for by payment card when ordering. Accepted payment methods include Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard and American Express.

After entering your card details, you'll be asked for a code to validate your payment.
This code will be sent to you by your bank via SMS. If the phone number provided is incorrect, we invite you to contact your bank directly. -
You can make your purchases with complete peace of mind; the confidentiality of the bank details you send via the website to a registered bank is protected within a secured system (SSL protocol).
Payment card numbers are not stored on our website but on a secure bank site.
For electronic payments, and in order to prevent fraudulent online payments, we will verify the reliability of the information entered by you when placing your order.
Therefore, we will check that the credit/debit card address matches the billing address.
We also reserve the right to request additional information or documents (photocopy of some ID, proof of address, etc.) to confirm your purchase and send your parcel. These requests will be made by email or phone: For orders where the shipping address does not match the billing address; For new customers; For orders over two hundred (200) pounds.
We remain the owners of the sold items until the complete payment of the price, including VAT, shipping fees and customs duties.
