Track my order

If your payment is accepted, you will be automatically redirected to an order confirmation page with an order number.
At the same time, you'll receive an email confirming that your order has been placed and is awaiting preparation.
Check your junk folder if the email is slow to arrive.
We then invite you to sign into your Account and go to My orders to view your order details and track its status.
If you are not redirected to the order confirmation page and you haven't received confirmation via email (we recommend checking your junk folder first), you can contact our Customer Service team by filling out this contact form or calling them on +44 20 7493 8500.

Your order number can be found on the thank you page that appears once you've placed your order. It can also be found in your order confirmation email, on your Longchamp customer account in My orders and on the invoice.

To find out if your order has been registered, we invite you to go to My account and My orders.
There are 4 order statuses:
- Being prepared: Your order has been successfully placed and is being handled by our preparation team in the Workshops
- Shipped: Your order has just left our Workshops and has been handed over to the carrier. You should also have received a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number of your parcel
- Cancelled: Your order will not be shipped and the transaction total will not be debited from your payment card.

If you haven't created an online account when placing your order on Longchamp.com, you can check on the status of your order by going to the Track my order section. You will have to enter your order number, the email address you used to place the order and the billing address postcode.
