Placing an order on Longchamp.com

1. Select your item: Explore our categories or use the search bar at the top of the site if you have a specific request.
2. Add to cart: Select the item, choose the quantity, and add it to your cart.
3. Personalise your order: You can add gift wrapping and a card with a personalised message.
4. Create an account: This will allow you to track your order, download your invoice, easily process returns, and keep a complete history of your purchases.
5. Enter your information: Add your delivery and billing addresses, then your payment details in our secure area. Please ensure you accept our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
6. Confirm your order: Once confirmed, a thank-you page with your order number will appear. You will also receive an order confirmation email at the email address provided.

You can create your own Le Pliage in our "Personalisation" section by selecting your preferred colors, embroidery, and leather details to design a unique piece.
Personnalised orders are produced in France, the shipping times are longer than for standard items. The estimated delivery time will be shown at checkout.
Personalised items are made-to-order and cannot be returned.
