The LONGCHAMP After-Sales Service is responsible for repairing your worn items, as well as carrying out other repairs covered by Legal Guarantees.

To take advantage of our After-Sales Service, we invite you to visit your nearest LONGCHAMP store or LONGCHAMP-certified retailer.

If you've kept your proof of purchase, we invite you to leave it with your item when dropping it off.

 

Subject to current legislation, your item will be sent to our workshops where they will make the appropriate decision:

- If our workshops notice and confirm a manufacturing default, we will repair your item for free or replace it with a new item of an equivalent value.

- For items that have already been used, you will be charged for the repair (a price list for the most common repairs is available in store). You will be informed of the price when dropping off your item.

- Your item will not be repaired if too worn. It will be returned to you in the same condition.

The corners on this line of bags are more sensitive to friction and impact, so wear on the corners of your Pliage bag is not unusual. Our Workshops can actually take the worn corners of your item in, if the damage covers a small area. This repair will make the bottom of your item slightly smaller.
