Tracking the shipment of my order

The delivery time depends on the selected delivery method. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email informing you of its shipment within a maximum of 48 hours.

Here are the delivery times depending on your delivery method:
Standard home delivery: 4 working days
UPS express home delivery: 2 working days
In-store pickup: 3 hours or 2 working days (depending on stock availability in-store) -
An order shipment email will be sent to you once your parcel is with our carrier.
Here you can find the tracking number and a link to our carrier's website to track the delivery of your Longchamp order.
You can also use our dedicated Track my order section by entering your order number, email address and billing postcode in the relevant fields.
The tracking number of your parcel and the link to our carrier's website will also be available .

A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your parcel is with the carrier.
If you haven't received one, we invite you to check the junk folder of your inbox. If it isn't in there either, go to My account and check My orders for:
- the status of your order
- the summary of the items ordered
- the tracking number for your parcel with a link to the carrier's website

Upon receipt of your order, check the condition of the package and items.
If you notice any damage, do not hesitate to make a note of it with UPS or DPD and refuse the delivery.
If you were unable to make a note of the damage, contact our Customer Service within 3 days with photos of your package. We kindly ask that you keep the package.
