Delivery methods, times and costs

At checkout, you may select from three secure delivery options. Each delivery is protected and requires either presentation of a valid ID or a secure code provided by our trusted shipping partner, ensuring your order reaches you safely.
Home Delivery:
Secure home delivery carried out by UPS or DPD from Monday to Saturday against signature.
Pickup Point:
Delivery to a pickup point carried out by UPS or DPD from Monday to Saturday. Your order will be delivered to the pickup point you selected when placing your order.
If the selected pickup point is unavailable, the carrier will make your parcel available at the nearest pickup point. You will be required to present your ID and sign to collect your order.
In-store Pickup:
Longchamp also offers you the possibility to collect, free of delivery charge, items ordered online in the Longchamp boutique of your choice.
When placing your order, select "In-store Pickup" and choose the desired boutique. We will send you an email as soon as your order is ready in-store.
You have a period of 15 days to collect your parcel. This period starts from the time your order is made available by the boutique.
We invite you to go to the selected Longchamp boutique with a valid original ID, as well as your order number. If your order is collected by a third party, they must present an ID in their name, as well as a copy of your ID.
After the 15-day period, collecting your parcel will no longer be possible. You will receive an email informing you of the cancellation of your order. You will be refunded the full amount of your order.

The delivery time depends on the delivery method chosen, it will be reminded to you when you confirm your order and in your confirmation email. Unless specific delivery times are mentioned during holiday periods or times of high activity, you will be delivered within a maximum period of:
UPS Express Home delivery: 3 working days from the order confirmation.*
Standard Home Delivery: 4-day period from the order confirmation.*
UPS Collection Point: 4-day period from the order confirmation.*
An email will be sent to confirm the shipment, track your delivery, and allow you to modify the delivery location and date in case of absence.
In-store Pickup: 3 hours or 4–5 working days (depending on stock availability in-store) from the order confirmation.
An email will be sent to inform you that your items are available at the selected boutique.
*For personalised items, the time between order confirmation and delivery is approximately 2 to 3 weeks. -
Delivery fees vary depending on the delivery option chosen, and are calculated as follows:
In-store pickup: Free
Standard home delivery: Free on orders over £110. Otherwise £5
UPS pickup point delivery: Free on orders over £110. Otherwise £3.50
UPS express home delivery: £10
