Delivery methods, times and costs

When placing your order, you'll be able to choose from three different delivery methods:
Home delivery:UPS delivers from Monday to Friday.
The items are insured by us until delivery.
You will be delivered to the address you indicated when you placed your order.
Collection point:
UPS delivers from Monday to Friday.The items are insured by us until delivery.
Your order will be delivered to your chosen drop off point, selected when placing your order.
Pick up at a Longchamp boutique:Longchamp also offers you the possibility to collect your online order at the Longchamp boutique of your choice, free of charge.
During the purchase process, select "Pick up at a Longchamp boutique" and choose the shop where you would like to be delivered. We will send you an e-mail as soon as your order is ready in the boutique.
You have a period of ten (10) calendar days to collect your package. This period starts from the receipt by you of the electronic message informing you that your parcel is available in the LONGCHAMP boutique.
We invite you to go to the chosen Longchamp boutique with an original valid ID and your order number.
If your order is collected by a third party, this person must carry an identity document in their name, as well as a copy of your identity document.
After this period of ten (10) calendar days, the collection of your parcel will no longer be possible: your order will be cancelled, and the sale will be terminated. You will then receive an e-mail informing you of the cancellation of your order and the possibility of renewing it. You will also be refunded the total amount of your order.

The delivery time depends on the chosen delivery method. Unless special delivery times have been specified during holiday periods, you will receive your order within a maximum of:
UPS Express Home Delivery: 2 working days from order confirmation.*
Delivery to a Collection Point: 2 days from order confirmation*. You will receive an email from UPS to confirm the shipment and track your order.
Delivery to Store: 3 hours or 2 working days (depending on available stock in store) from order confirmation.
You will be sent an email once your items are available for collection from your chosen store.
*For personalised items, the time period between order confirmation and receipt is approximately 2 to 3 weeks. -
Shipping costs are indicated in the third SUMMARY stage when placing your order.
They depend on the delivery method chosen, and are defined as follows:
- UPS standard Home Delivery: £5 on all orders less than £120
- UPS express Home Delivery: £10
- UPS standard Delivery to a Collection Point: £3.50 for all orders lass than £120
- Delivery to Store: Free of charge
We also regularly offer free shipping, so keep an eye out for information on the product pages of our items. -
We are currently unable to ship to the islands of Jersey and Guernsey. Orders addressed to any of these destinations will be cancelled. The delivery address of your order must match the country of the site on which you placed your order.
