POSTAL RETURNS
Complimentary return within 30 days
Log in to your online account to submit your return request or click here for guest orders.
1. Go to the My Order
2. Select the relevant order and request a return
3. Choose the item(s) you wish to return
4. Select the reason for return for each item
5. Print the invoice (3 copies)
6. Receive your Return Label from the carrier by email
7. Print the return label and attach it to the parcel, or use the digital label provided by the carrier
8. Place the 3 copies of the invoice in a transparent pouch and attach them to the outside of the parcel
9. Drop off your parcel at the pickup point of your choice (you will find all the information in the UPS or DPD email).
Please check your spam folder if you do not find the carrier’s email containing your return label.
You will be able to select your drop-off location and track your return via the carrier’s website.
The return label has an expiry date and must be used within seven (7) days from the date of issue.
