Le Foulonné is the iconic Longchamp line created in 1978 with the utmost respect for the leather goods codes. To guarantee their longevity, we recommend that you follow a few simple rules: • protect the product from heavy rain; • avoid all contact with oily products, products containing solvents or alcohol (perfume for example); • avoid prolonged exposure to bright light; • for dark-colored items, avoid prolonged contact with light-colored fabrics, especially in a humid environment; • for light-colored items, avoid friction with other materials or prints whose colors may rub off (jeans for example); • be careful not to scratch or rub the product against abrasive surfaces; • after use, we recommend storing your product in a case, away from light, humidity and heat.
- To maintain your product, apply with a soft brush Longchamp colorless cream regularly to leather areas. This product can be protected by applying a waterproofing agent, following the recommendations given by the manufacturer.

STANDARD RETURN POLICY

We will gladly accept returns, in the country where purchased, of new and in perfect condition merchandise within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. Requests for refund must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice.

We are unable to offer online exchanges at this time however, we are happy to exchange your item(s) in any of our Longchamp boutiques. To find your nearest boutique, please use our Store Locator.
