Personalized items - My Pliage
Orders for personalized My Pliage items may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. We invite you to contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible.
After this period, the order can no longer be modified or cancelled.
Please note that personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If your order includes multiple items, it may be shipped in separate packages, depending on product availability.
In this case, you will be notified by email when each package is shipped, along with the relevant tracking information.

We’re truly sorry that your order has been canceled. This cancellation may be due to one of the following reasons:
- If an item in your order becomes temporarily out of stock, it may, in very exceptional circumstances, be canceled by our Distribution Centers.
- Invalid payment information. As part of our standard security measures, we verify the payment details provided during checkout. This verification helps protect both our customers and our company from potentially fraudulent activity.
If one of these situations occurs, you will receive an email informing you of the cancellation of your order, along with the reason.
