Track my order

Once your payment has been accepted, you are automatically redirected to the order confirmation page, which includes your order number. You will also receive a confirmation email indicating that your order has been received and is awaiting preparation. Should this email take longer to arrive, we kindly invite you to check your spam folder. You may then log in to your Account, under the ‘My Orders’ section, to view the details of your order and track its status. For guest orders, please click hereto follow the delivery steps.

Your order number will be sent to you by email once your payment has been confirmed.

To track your order, we invite you to log in to your Account under the ‘My Orders’ section, or click herefor guest orders. Orders can have one of four statuses: - - Processing: Your order has been confirmed and is being processed by our team.
- - Shipped: Your order has left our warehouse and has been handed over to the carrier. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
- - Cancelled: Your order will not be shipped, and the payment will not be charged to your bank account.
- - Returned: You have requested to return your order.

If you haven't created an online account when placing your order on Longchamp.com, you can check on the status of your order by going to the Track my order section. You will have to enter your order number, the email address you used to place the order and the billing address postcode.
