- Standard home delivery UPS : 4 to 5 days* / 6€ on all orders less than 140€.
- Express home delivery UPS : 2 to 3 days* / 10€
- In store collection : 3 hours or 5 to 6 days* / Free (depending on availability).
Returns
To make a return, all items must be returned unworn/unused and in the same condition as when they were received, with all original labels.
Personalised items (My Pliage) cannot be returned. Return requests will be accepted within 30 days from date of order.

Longchamp boutique:
We can offer you an exchange or refund for any purchase made in our Longchamp boutiques in Portugal.This excludes any purchases made in our outlet boutiques and Longchamp.com.
Department stores' :
We can offer you an exchange or refund of your item, only in the same department stores' where you made your purchase.This excludes purchases made in a Longchamp boutique, outlet, Longchamp.com or airport.
Outlet boutiques :
Our outlet boutiques sell items from previous collections. We do not offer returns or exchanges. Items from the current collection purchased in an outlet boutique can only be exchanged at the same point of sale.
