Amending and cancelling orders

Once your order is confirmed, it can no longer be modified.
However, you have a 15-minute window to cancel it completely by contacting our Customer Service.
If you wish to add information to your delivery address, you can do so directly on the carrier’s website once your order has been shipped. You will receive a dispatch email to update your delivery address and track your order.

For an order of a personalised My Pliage bag, you have a 48-hour window to make any changes or cancellations.

Payment and confirmation apply to a single order: one delivery address and one billing address. Should your order include several items, it may be dispatched in multiple shipments. You will be notified by email upon the dispatch of each parcel.

Your order has been cancelled, and we sincerely apologize for this. The cancellation may be due to different reasons mentioned in your cancellation email:
- - In the event of a temporary stock shortage, an order may be exceptionally cancelled by our workshops.
- - Following verification of the details provided at the time of purchase, our payment platform may also proceed with the cancellation of your order.
