Orders placed Monday - Friday before NOON EST will be shipped out the same day (excluding holidays) and if placed after this deadline it will ship the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after NOON EST will ship the following business day, Monday.

For security reasons, purchases over $1,000 CAD will require a signature from the recipient when delivered. If you wish to add signature required to an order under $1,000 CAD, please contact our online customer service team.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Purchases made between November 25, 2020 - December 25, 2020 can be returned for a refund through January 24, 2021. For items purchased after December 25, 2020, our standard return policy applies.

STANDARD RETURN POLICY

We will gladly accept returns, in the country where purchased, of new and in perfect condition merchandise within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. Requests for refund must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice.

We are unable to offer online exchanges at this time however, we are happy to exchange your item(s) in any of our Longchamp boutiques. To find your nearest boutique, please use our Store Locator.

Please note: Products purchased on our site cannot be returned or exchanged at our retailers, department stores, airport locations, or Longchamp outlets.

We reserve the right to deny a refund if returned merchandise does not meet our requirements.
