The bag follows strong codes, like the horse embroidery, and has tone-on-tone Russian leather trimmings characteristic of Longchamp. - To maintain your product, apply with a soft brush Longchamp colorless cream regularly to leather areas. To remove dirt, clean the whole lining using a cloth or a soft brush, with water and neutral soap.

STANDARD RETURN POLICY

We will gladly accept returns, in the country where purchased, of new and in perfect merchandise condition within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. Requests for refund must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice.

We are unable to offer online exchanges at this time however, we are happy to exchange your item(s) in any of our Longchamp boutiques. To find your nearest boutique, please use our Store Locator.

Please note: Products purchased on our site cannot be returned or exchanged at our retailers, department stores, airport locations, or Longchamp outlets.
