Delivery methods, times and costs

When placing your order, you can choose from the following delivery options:
- Standard Delivery (Order by 12 PM EST)
- Express Delivery (Order by 12 PM EST)
- Collect in Store – Complimentary collection at one of our full-price boutiques. Once you receive the email confirming your parcel’s arrival, you will have ten (10) calendar days to collect it. Please present a valid government-issued photo ID and your order number at the time of pickup.
- UPS Pick-up Point – Following the email confirmation of your parcel’s arrival, you will have seven (7) calendar days to collect it from your selected UPS location. A valid government-issued photo ID and your order number will be required upon collection.
Delivery Restrictions: Currently, only ground delivery is available in the Northwest Territories of Canada. The Northwest Territories include:
- Northwest Territories
- Yukon
- Nunavut
For delivery to these areas, please select ground delivery.

Express orders must be placed before 12:00 PM EST Monday-Friday to ship out the same day, this excludes holidays.

Orders placed on Longchamp.com/ca/ may only ship within Canada. At the moment, our Canadian website does not ship orders to PO Box, APO/FPO, and Freight forwarding addresses.
We require a physical street address for the delivery of our products. Please provide a valid residential or business address for accurate delivery, this ensures secure and timely shipping to your designated location.
