Durability and longevity have been part of the Maison’s DNA for more than 75 years. If your bag is damaged, our boutique advisors will be pleased to assist you. Subject to applicable legal provisions, your item will be sent to our ateliers, which will determine the appropriate solution:

- Manufacturing defect: If confirmed by our ateliers, we will repair your item free of charge or replace it with a new item of equivalent value.

- Used items: Repairs may be subject to a fee (a price list for common repairs is available in our boutiques). The cost will be communicated to you when depositing your item.

- Excessive wear: If your item is too worn to be repaired, it will be returned to you as is.

The corners on this line of bags are more sensitive to friction and impact, so wear on the corners of your Pliage bag is not unusual. Our Workshops can actually take the worn corners of your item in, if the damage covers a small area. This repair will make the bottom of your item slightly smaller.
