Returning and exchanging an online order - FAQ

Your satisfaction is our highest priority.
We are pleased to accept returns either by post or in one of our Longchamp boutiques*. You have thirty (30) calendar days from the receipt of your item(s) to exercise your right of withdrawal (for orders containing multiple items delivered separately, this period begins upon receipt of the final item).
Please ensure that the item is returned in full (including instructions, accessories, etc.), in its original condition, with its packaging and a copy of your invoice. Items that are incomplete, damaged, altered or soiled will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Return shipping for your order is complimentary, up to the value of a prepaid label available on our website within thirty (30) days.

We are committed to refunding the full amount paid for your order.
However, should you wish to make multiple returns, any shipping costs for subsequent returns will be your responsibility.For all orders placed between November 7th and December 9th, free returns extended until 9th January 2026. -
RETURNS BY MAIL
Log in to your online account where you can submit your return request or click here for guest orders.
1. Go to the My Order section
2. Select the relevant order and request a return
3. Choose the item(s) to return
4. Indicate the reason for return for each item
5. Print your invoice
6. Receive your Return Label from the carrier by email
7. Print it and stick it on your package or use the Digital Label sent by the carrier
8. Drop off the package at the pickup point nearest to you (you will find all the information in the UPS or DPD email).
Please check your spam folder if you do not find the carrier’s email containing your return label. You will be able to select your pickup point and track your package from the carrier’s website. We encourage you to make all your returns in a single shipment for ecological reasons.

IN-STORE RETURNS

For deliveries made in the United Kingdom, you have a period of 30 days from the receipt of your order to visit one of the LONGCHAMP boutiques of your choice located in Great Britain, excluding department stores, resellers, outlet stores, and boutiques located within airports. -
Returns by mail:
Upon inspection of the returned items, the refund will be issued using the same payment method as that used for the original transaction. Refunds will be processed promptly, and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date the returned item is received at our workshops. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
If you paid with an expired or single-use payment method, rest assured that the funds will be transferred to the account linked to that method.Longchamp reserves the right to refuse a return in the event that the returned items do not comply with our return policy. In such cases, the items will be returned to the delivery address provided for your order.
In-store returns:
Refunds will be issued exclusively to the credit card used for the original purchase, in compliance with current legislation. -
An exchange will be offered for a model of equal or greater value in a Longchamp boutique. Check here for the store closest to you (excluding department stores, outlets, resellers, and airport boutiques).
Please remember to bring your invoice and order number. Your product must be in its original condition, unused and complete (instructions, accessories).We do not offer exchanges by post, only refunds.
MyPliage personalised items cannot be exchanged due to their unique and customized nature.
