Navigate to your order to print your return slip:

1. Go to your order history

2. Select the order you want to make a return for

3. You will be redirected to our partner return portal

4. Indicate your order number and email address

5. Choose the articles and the return reason for each article to be returned

6. Get your return label and return instructions by email

7. Please print and read carefully the return instructions to prepare your parcel

8. Bring your parcel to the nearest drop-off location
