Modifying and Canceling Orders

Once your order is placed, you cannot modify it. You'll have to cancel it completely and place a new order. You have a maximum of five (5) hour to cancel your order.
If you'd like to change your shipping address, please contact our Customer Service team at +852 3185 2148 after your order was placed. You may also fill out our Contact form for further communication.

If you've ordered an item from a collection, you have 5-hour maximum to request cancellation of your order. If you've ordered a personalized My Pliage item, you have 24 hours maximum to request cancellation of your order. In either case, we ask that you please contact our Customer Service team via our Contact form or dial at +852 3185 2148.

Unfortunately, we do not offer the option to combine multiple orders into a single shipment. The payment and confirmation correspond to a single order: one shipping address and one billing address.
To ensure fairness among all our customers we have a set cart maximum limit of 10 items with the following conditions.

Each customer is allowed to purchase a maximum of:
• Three (3) identical items (item, identical material, and color); and/or
• Ten (10) items in total ; and/or
• Order at or below ninety thousand (90,000) HK dollar in total

We're truly sorry that your order has been canceled. This cancelation might be due to several reasons:

- If your order is temporarily out of stock, it might—in very exceptional circumstances—be canceled by our Distribution Centers.
 
- Invalid payment information. As part of our standard security measures, we verify the payment information provided during the checkout process. This verification is essential to protect both our customers and our company from potentially fraudulent activities.

Should one of these two situations arise, you will receive an email informing you of the cancelation of your order and the reason why.
