我可以退貨或換貨嗎？
在澳門特別行政區內的LONGCHAMP專門店(瓏驤有限公司)或其附屬公司經營的 Longchamp 專門店購買的 Longchamp 商品可以退貨或換貨，但須遵守以下條款和條件。請注意，本條款不適用於瑕疵商品或網上購買的物品。對於後述的情況，請參閱我們的網上銷售條款和條件。
在任何情況下，任何商品的退貨或換貨均須提供正本發票/購買收據。
請注意，以下情況的商品均不允許退貨或換貨：
- - 在outlet特賣場、多品牌零售商銷售點、機場、免稅店和 Longchamp 經銷商處購買的商品（以上請參閱賣家各自的退貨和換貨政策）。
- 個人化商品（例如 My Pliage 或個人產品，例如但不限於泳衣、內衣、襪子、香水、太陽眼鏡等），考慮到其獨特和個人化的性質和用途；
- 已使用、磨損、清洗、有污漬、損壞或經過改動的貨品（LONGCHAMP 保留評估物品目前狀態的權利）；
- (i) 退/換貨時未能提供完整內容物（包括使用手冊、配件等）和/或 (ii) 未能保持原始狀態和原始包裝的物品。
我必須在多久時間內退貨/換貨？
除瑕疵商品的情況外，在購買日起三十 (30) 天內，您可以退貨或換貨。（請參閱發票/收據上的日期）
在什麼條件下可以退貨或換貨?
- 換貨
商品的兌換價值是指銷售收據上所示的購買價格。
o 若希望換成比原先價格高的商品，必須補差價；
o 若希望換成比原先價格低的商品，
§ 若差額高於MOP 850元，將獲發店舖信用票據 (STORE CREDIT)。
§ 若差額低於MOP 850元，則將按照與下述的條件進行退款。退款將在十四 (14) 天內使用初始交易時使用的相同付款方式進行。
- 退貨
任何退貨均由顧客自行決定退款或收取店舖信用票據 (STORE CREDIT)
退貨時，我們承諾會在十四 (14) 天內向您退還全額的退貨金額。
退款將使用與初始交易相同的付款方式進行。

在什麼條件下可以使用店舖信用票據 ( STORE CREDIT )？
店舖信用票據的有效期限為自發出日起並出示原始收據起的 12 個月內。所有未使用的店舖信用票據將在發出12 個月後失效。店舖信用票據的有效期限不能延長。
店舖信用票據可用於購買新品或折扣商品。
店舖信用票據僅可在澳門特別行政區內經營的Longchamp專門店使用（免稅店除外）。
店舖信用票據不能替換、兌換現金或轉移給他人。
若您購買的商品價值低於店舖信用票據的價值， 店舖信用票據的剩餘金額則將保留，而有效期限與原始店舖信用票據相同。
當購買金額超過店舖信用票據的價值時，必須補差額。
本條文之英文本與中文譯本之文義如有歧異，一概以英文本為準。
LONGCHAMP'S RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

LONGCHAMP COMPANY LIMITED reserves all rights to assert, interpret, update and edit this policy. In case of dispute, the company's instructions shall prevail.
Can I return or exchange my item(s)?
Longchamp items purchased in Longchamp Boutiques operated by LONGCHAMP simplified joint-stock company or its affiliates can be returned or exchanged, subject to the following terms and conditions. Please note that the terms of this policy do not apply to defective items or to items purchased online. In the latter case, please refer to our online’s terms and condition of sale.
Any item(s)’ return or exchange is subject to the provision of the original invoice / receipt of purchase.
Please note that, no return or exchange is allowed for:
- item(s) purchased in outlet stores, multi-brand retailers’ point of sale, airports, duty-free stores and any independent Longchamp resellers (for these item(s), please refer to your seller’s return and exchange policy).
- personalized item(s) (e.g. My Pliage or personal products such as but not limited to swimwear, underwear, socks, perfume, sunglasses etc.) given their unique and personal nature and usage;
- item(s) used, worn, washed, damaged or altered (LONGCHAMP COMPANY LIMITED reserves the right to assess the current state of the item(s) which shall be final);
- item(s) which are not (i) complete (manual, accessories, etc.) and / or (ii) in their original condition, with their original packaging.
How long do I have to return / exchange my item(s)?
Except in case of defect, you have a maximum of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase of your Longchamp item(s) (see date on your invoice / receipt) to return or exchange it/them.
Where can I return / exchange my item(s)?
- Exchange
You can exchange your item(s) to any of the Longchamp Boutiques operated by LONGCHAMP simplified joint-stock company or its affiliates : Please refer to Longchamp’s “boutiques” list in our store locator webpage.
- Return
You can return your item(s) to any of the Longchamp Boutiques operated by LONGCHAMP simplified joint-stock company or its local affiliates located within Macau SAR of your initial purchase : Please refer to Longchamp’s “boutiques” list in our store locator webpage.
Under what conditions the return or exchange will take place?
- Exchange
Exchange value of item(s) is based on its(their) purchasing price as indicated on your sale receipt.
o The item(s) that you wish to receive in exchange is of a higher value: you must pay the difference between this / theses item(s) and the exchange value of your item(s);
o The item(s) that you wish to receive in exchange is of a lower value:
§ If the difference is equal to or higher than MOP850, store credit will be issued;
§ If the difference is lower than MOP850, it will be refunded under the same conditions as those described below, i.e. refund will be done using the same the payment method used for the initial transaction and within fourteen (14) days.
- Return
Any return of item(s) gives rise, at the customer's discretion, to a refund or to the issue of a store credit.
In case of refund, we undertake to fully refund you the value paid for the returned item(s) as soon as possible and no later than fourteen (14) days following your return.
The refund will be done using the same the payment method used for the initial transaction.
In case a store credit is issued, please refer to the next section “Under what conditions can I use my Store Credit?”
Under what conditions can I use my Store Credit?
Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date it is issued and on presentation of the original receipt. Any unused store credit will be forfeited after 12 months. The validity of store credit date cannot be extended.
Store credit can be used to buy new or discounted item(s).
Store credit can only be used in Longchamp Boutiques operated by LONGCHAMP simplified joint-stock company or its local affiliates which are located in Macau SAR (except duty-free store) as the one that issued the store credit.
Store credit cannot be exchanged, redeemed for cash or transferred to another person.
If the value of your purchase is less than the value of the store credit, then the remaining amount of the store credit will be kept with the same validity date as original receipt.
Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the store credit will require an additional payment for the balance due.
If there is any discrepancy between this version and the Chinese version of this policy, the terms and conditions of the English version of the Policy shall prevail.
