Changing order delivery details

Don't worry if the address on your order is wrong - you can change it.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a link by email and SMS allowing you to manage your delivery independently.
To use this online service, a valid email address must be provided when the shipment is created.
What delivery modification options are available online?
From your delivery management page, accessible via the link received, you can:
• Choose delivery to a pickup point – free of charge
• Reschedule delivery to a later date (same address) – free of charge
• Have your parcel delivered to a neighbour – free of charge
• Specify a safe place for delivery – free of charge
Can I modify my delivery by phone?
Yes, all these options remain available by phone through UPS Customer Service. UPS charges 5,25 £ for these phone charges.

The choice of delivery store is final and definitive; we won't be able to change this once your order has been confirmed. If you no longer want to have your order delivered to the Store you selected, we invite you to contact our Customer Service team by completing the contact form or calling 01 55 90 59 69.
