Here are some simple rules to ensure you get the most out of your Longchamp luggage:
- keep the item out of heavy rain and other harsh weather conditions
- avoid all contact with greasy, solvent- or acohol-based substances
- always make sure you open and close zipped luggage correctly, both zips must meet in the middle - for dark colors, avoid prolonged contact with light-colored fabrics for too long, especially in humid or tropical climates
- for light colors, avoid rubbing with other materials or prints whose color could run (e.g. jeans) - take care not to scuff or rub your luggage against rough surfaces
- use a damp, non-abrasive sponge to remove dirt or dust from your hard case luggage
- light scratches cannot be removed from your hard case luggage, and become a part of its identity and personality
- after use, we recommend cleaning and drying your luggage before storing it in a cool and dry place out of direct sunlight
- remove any dirt with a cloth or soft brush
