Placing an order on Longchamp.com

Here is a step-by-step guide to help you complete your order on Longchamp.com.
1 - Find your item whilst browsing through the categories. Already have an item in mind? Search for it using the search bar at the top of the website.
2 - Once you've chosen your item, add it to your cart and enter your desired quantity. All orders are limited to a maximum total amount of £10,000 incl. VAT (excluding any shipping costs or customs duties) per customer, and cannot contain more than:
- three (3) identical items (style, material and colour); and/or
- ten (10) items in total.
Additionally, each customer can only purchase twenty (20) items over a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, regardless of what those items are.
3 - If you would like, you can add gift wrapping and a card with a personalised message.
4 - Create an account if desired – this will allow you to track the progress of your order.
5 - Enter your shipping and billing address.
6 - Enter your payment method in our secure system and accept our General Conditions of Sale.
Once completed, a thank you page will appear displaying your order number, confirming that your order has been successfully placed.
You will then receive an order confirmation email in lieu of a purchase order containing:
- our General Conditions of Sale;
- the contact details of our Online Sales Service;
- information about the right of withdrawal;
- the withdrawal form (appended to the General Conditions of Sale);
- the Returns/Exchanges Policy.
You will also receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
You can access the invoice via your customer account once your order has been dispatched.

All orders are limited to and cannot contain more than:
- Three (3) identical items (item, identical material, and color);
- and/or Ten (10) items total within thirty (30) consecutive days;
- and/or Five (5) personalized items within thirty (30) consecutive days.
